VOLUNTEER APPLICATIOn
Please keep the following in mind:
Volunteers are needed to assist with Set Up, get Checked in and go over the tasks of positions they will be assisting with.
Applying does not guarantee that you will be accepted as a volunteer as a limited number of volunteers will be needed.
Being accepted as a volunteer does not guarantee you will be assisting in the areas that were requested.
Volunteering is not a form of employment and is understood that there will be no financial compensation for the time that is being given.
Volunteers will be required to attend meetings (TBA) that will have important information regarding their areas, policies, Etc.
Panel submission
Do you have something you love to talk about or discuss? Have a message you need to get out to the world? Do you have a game that you enjoy playing with a group of people, or a show you like to preform? If you answered yes to any of these questions and you are a geek this is the perfect opportunity to give a great experience to the community! Fill out the application below and let us know what you would want to do with with your panel!
Hosting a Panel could get you a 1/2 Priced Ticket!!!
Keep in Mind
Applying does not guarantee that you will be accepted as a Panelist as there will only be a limited number of panels.
Each panel is 45 minutes with 8 minutes of set up before start time and 7 minutes of break down before the next panel. If you would like an exception to this time limit, make sure it is in the description of your application.

Promotion tables are not for selling merchandise, but rather are for the promotion of another event.
To sell merchandise at the event fill out the vendor application here.
Table swaps are expected as a swap of space. Space is allocated at the discretion of the organizers.
If approved individuals are expected to follow the same rules as other attendees and vendors.
